A group of colleagues crash land on a mysterious island that they cannot escape. They discover they are not alone when they encounter an array of blood thirsty creatures and dinosaurs out to get them. Will they survive the island?。「Battle Spirits」是BANDAI与魔法风云会制作组联手出品的CARDDAS系列30周年纪念的卡片对战游戏，自2008年推出以来，已经推出了18代的卡片。从08年9月起，每年都会播出一部由著名动画公司日升社打造的TV动画，广受喜爱卡片游戏的青少年追捧。而在目前播放中的「Battle Spirits 霸王」完结之后，将会紧接档期从9月9日开始播放动画系列的第5弹「Battle Spirits 眼睛之剑」。。电影讲述美国中西部小镇的青少年约翰，体内潜藏连环杀手的灵魂，为了维持正常生活，他必须与之对抗；然而当小镇出现了真正残忍“怪物”，约翰又得唤醒体内杀手，终止再有人被害。。
