We join them on their bumpy journey throug...。新闻主播竹富明子（筱原凉子 饰）在遭遇降职的同时又被男友抛弃，突如其来的双重打击并没有抹杀明子的信心，为了能够留在热爱的演播业，明子加入了搞笑综艺节目“农家新娘奋斗篇”的团队之中，扮演起了土里土气的农妇。 工作上的处处碰壁让明子感到心灰意冷，就在这时，她的前男友安土一郎（矢部浩之 饰）出现在了明子的眼前。巧的是，安土一郎的老家正好有一间农场，完全符合节目组的要求，可是，在农场里坐镇的，是一郎那十分难缠的母亲幸惠（岩下志麻 饰）。一郎和明子约定，只要明子能够得到苛刻的幸惠的肯定，她就能够留在农场里，而直到明子亲眼见到幸惠之时，她才明白过来，自己要面对的，竟然是一个不可能完成的任务。。
