右篇：牛女明日香、森本、真田、小笠原和加奈子一行五人去山中游玩，结果车在半路抛锚。众人下车寻求帮助，在山中见到一间旧式房屋。女主人的脸上有两道红色的伤疤，而明日香又恍惚看到屋内有一个头颅硕大、身穿和服的人。好奇心驱使他们返回屋内，但厄运随之而来……。Framing StoryDr Martin (Robert Powell) arrives at a secluded asylum "for the incurably insane" to be interviewed for a job by the wheelchair-using, authoritarian Dr Lionel Rutherford (Patrick Magee). Rutherford explains that he owes his current incapacitation to an attack by an inmate. Rutherford reveals his unorthodox plan to determine Martin's suitability for the post of head...。
