警察马天民（仲星火 饰）是一个正直热心的小伙子，这日恰逢他休息，派出所所长夫人想着这小伙子为人不错，趁他休息帮他介绍了一个对象，她的同事刘萍。所长闻知此事，马上跑去找到了天民将这件事告诉了他，并让他和人家约会一下。天民乐得合不拢嘴，和刘萍约定了约会的时间。岂料当他一次又一次准备赴约时，却总有这样那样的人需要他帮助或事情需要他解决。虽然天民是休假时间，而且赶着去赴约，但热心助人的他总是一次次选择了帮助他人。于是，一个个都约会都错过了，天民还能赢得美人归吗？。This film is not about the revolution that changed Ukraine this winter.
