Rudolf Khametovich Nureyev(17 March 1938 – 6 January 1993) , Russian, was a Soviet ballet dancer and choreographer. Nureyev is regarded by some as the greatest male ballet dancer of his generation.。托尼奖、奥利弗奖双料最佳音乐剧《42街》：音乐剧《42街》改编自1932年创作的小说以及随后推出的同名电影，宏大而精妙的歌舞编排完美复刻了音乐剧黄金年代的激情与梦想，将这一大萧条时期的强心剂带到当代。该剧于1980年在百老汇、1984年在伦敦西区先后上演，甚至在百老汇连续演出了3400余场。2017年，由托尼奖获得者、原剧编剧之一Mark Bramble执导的伦敦西区复排版汇集了超强创作、表演组合，曾参与原版编舞工作Randy Skinner在八度托尼奖得主Gower Champion的编导作品基础上进行了改编，本次高清影像则录制于伦敦西区皇家Drury Lane剧场的演出现场。。
