Daniele, after the intense experience he had during the CHT week, has...。Ben是香港一档电台节目《恐怖热线》的监制，忙于工作的他日渐疏忽女友Helen。Helen是一名护士，曾瞒着Ben做掉腹中胎儿，此事令她难以释怀，时常会看到幻象。Mavis是美国电视新闻网络记者，她及摄影师等一行五人到港拍摄有关香港电台文化的特别节目，第一个研究对象便是《恐》，但Ben并不友好，只准他们在直播室外拍摄。 某晚，《恐》主持人接到自称Chris的男人来电，说1963年他与6个同学在西环踢足球时，无意中在球场附近的山洞内发现一只“大头怪婴”，当即吓得魂飞魄散，甚至信奉伊斯兰教的校长亦不能用手中的《可兰经》将之制服。Chris的电话引来始料未及的热烈回响，Ben与Mavis都决定对此展开深入调查……。
