端木灵灵在探案过程中，发现了被宇宙病毒附体的暴恶兽人-欧克瑟亲王拉姆达和符艾，二亲王轻易占领关押着丧犬病毒感染者的U.C.P控制所，并使众多感染者再次成为欧克瑟，妄图组建欧克瑟大军，危害社会。U.C.P控制局派出D卫队进攻控制所却屡受败绩，关键时刻雅塔莱斯和特鲁两位超级铠甲出现解救了控制所内的人质。拉姆达和符艾利用诡计潜出被D卫队包围的控制所，准备危害城市。端木、青山、阔海、柯胜分别召唤雅塔莱斯、特鲁、拿瓦、茨纳米、驮拏多、酷雷伏铠甲，利用自然的力量对违反自然的可怕欧克瑟迎头痛击。不料，拉姆达与符艾却酝酿着另一个巨大的阴谋……。This film is not about the revolution that changed Ukraine this winter.
